OUR FIRST STORY... 

Most of the foundation’s gifts have come to the Mass General Hospital Cancer Center. The first donations benefited patients and caregivers on Ellison 14 at Mass General, the bone marrow transplant unit where Marie was treated for 15 months. Marie’s fund, fully renovated the unit’s lounge and purchased refrigerators for every room.

About our fund

The Marie C. Petrilli Cancer Research and Treatment Memorial Fund is a 501(c)(3) charity based in Winthrop, MA. Over the last 17 years since the inception of the fund, we have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars through our fundraising efforts.

We have given hundreds of thousands of dollars to many families and patients over the years. Most of these generous donations go unheard of by others.

For over 20 years, the Marie C. Petrilli Cancer Research and treatment memorial Fund has devoted its energy to passionately advocating for patient care and well being. From upgrading waiting rooms in hospitals to taking care of weeks of dinners for families with short falls. Wherever we feel we can make an direct impact, we pool our efforts for an immediate action of providing financial aid.
